Alignment machine
We are equipped to do 4-wheel alignments on smaller vehicles, 6-, 10-, and up to 16-wheel alignments on large vehicles. For smaller vehicles, we use two Continental 18 foot, 360-degree machines to pull suspension in any direction. These two machines can accomodate vehicles ranging from a small passenger car such as Fiat to an extended-cab truck. These machines have 6 towers with 40,000 psi of straight pulling capability per tower. They are equipped with unibody and full frame clamping devices to hold cars and spread the pressure.

Our largest frame machine is 60-feet long and is equipped with 16 towers. This large machine can easily fit a class C motor home. In fact, it fits almost anything that can legally run on the road. These machines use multiple points of pull on a single tower, which helps us hold the power back as needed prior to making a replacement.

We have several types of welders, including those for sheetmetal, others for structural parts of vehicles, and ones for large vehicle repair. Welders for sheetmetal are used on unibody structures, and the more powerful ones we use for aluminum and stainless steel welding that require separate treatment. Among other equipment, we have two large overhead cranes to move parts during repairs and we use our tow truck to move cars in and out of our facility.
We use three measurement systems for assessing damage and to bring the car back to factory specifications. One is "Hang on Center Line Gauges," which uses a rifle sight method. Another one is the "Dedicated Measuring System," which we use to measure off unibody and full frame. Finally, we have a laser system "Genesis II" that takes measurements with two lasers, three times per second. With the precision of the measurement systems we can print out readings and provide them to insurance companies for verification.
